* One complete set of plans and specifications signed, sealed and dated for all disciplines.
* A check for the appropriate fee made payable to Landrum Consulting.
* This signed and completed form authorizing Landrum Consulting to perform the T.A.S. plan review, as well as forms listed above.
PLAN REVIEW FEE SCHEDULE
Plan review fees shall be determined by the estimated project cost, not including site acquisition or furnishings and assessed according to the following fee schedule.

$50,000 - $1,000,000 $475.00
1,000,001 - 5,000,000 $775.00
